New Homes Negotiating Skills.

 

To effectively qualify the needs of purchasers in order to close the sale. This course is aimed at new starters or as a refreshers course, where each sales person will understand the importance of impressions good or bad and how to find the customers buying strategy. We will take you through the general overall process from the moment the client walks through the door to the 28 day exchange deadline.

 

This course is tailored to suit each client’s needs and works on process and procedures for best practice selling techniques. An initial assessment will be made, and a recommendation of services and time need made before any cost is incurred.

 

Compliance.

 

Are your site staff, site managers and or any other members employees coming into contact with the public, compliant with various regulations?

 

There are several regulations house builders have to adhere to including CPR (Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008) incorporating Property Misdescriptions Act, the Consumer Code for Home Builders, AML (Anti Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds regulation. It can be a minefield!

 

Anyone selling property can now be prosecuted for failure to adhere to the regulations, so you need to protect your business and your staff. Scary if you don’t know where to start.

 

This course will take each member employee through the rulings of the PMA and AML and how to avoid prosecution. At the end of the course each candidate can will take a 30 minute test with instant marking and an opportunity to retake the rest if needed. Each candidate will receive a certificate to prove display evidence they have been adequately trained in PMA and AML compliance.
